Hello, I’m Katie. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the San Francisco East Bay area. My work focuses on helping you discover and connect with your purpose, access the fullness of your potential, and lead a life of joy and freedom.

Throughout life, we're invited to go through various levels of transformation, but many of us decide not to go. Instead, we stay in our familiar boxes; even if they don’t make sense. In doing so, we limit our possibilities. We don't move beyond the things that keep us encased to become the people we are meant to be.

As I reflect on my transformation journey, I see that the path to freedom starts with waking up all the authentic parts of myself that went to sleep in those familiar boxes. Freedom also comes from trusting my inner voice to guide me towards a fulfilling life. I have learned that we can be as free as we want to be.

In therapy, I’ll help you awaken your spirit and come home to your deepest, most intuitive, and whole Self.

Though I have experience working with a variety of clients from differing backgrounds; my background offers unique acceptance and understanding for those within the Christian community.

It may not always feel like it, but there is a path forward.
